You can catch the announcement trailer below, but it's safe to say that this new game has all the cuteness and charm in the world, with players tumbling, jumping and snapping as they make their way through absolutely gorgeous worlds of brick.

Lego Voyagers Reveal Trailer

Lego Voyagers marks the start of what we anticipate to be a litany of 2-player co-op games looking to chase the success of A Way Out, It Takes Two, and Split Fiction. The groundbreaking co-op titles have taken Hazelight Studios and game director Josef Fares to huge commercial success and critical acclaim, with 2021's It Takes Two winning Game of the Year at The Game Awards. It is only natural that the industry should take note and attempt to grab a piece of that cake, just as the industry was similarly taken over by From Software game design for the last 15 years or so.

It is still to be seen whether a game will be released that hits the same heights of Hazelight's products, but if the Souls-like phenomenon has shown us anything, it's that there will be a few diamonds in the rough at the very least.
